24: Redemption (2008) (TV)

People have been waiting quite a while for this TV movie. They decided to make it because the whole schedule got messed up due to the writers' strike. It takes place over 2 hours – in real-time. Total 24 vibe – lots of explosions and gunfights. But it's not some crazy heavy-action movie – it's still just on a TV movie budget and somewhat limited since everything happens in real-time. Still, pretty good stuff – helps you hang on a little longer until 24 starts again in January. I thought it was funniest when they tried to torture Jack Bauer to make him talk – Jack Bauer eats torture for breakfast, it would be just as effective to call him names.
