Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen

Yeah... okay. Decent mindless entertainment. The plot wasn't really all that, it just lacked something to grab you. But the movie definitely looked great, and they spent endlessly on stunt scenes, special effects, etc. - "style over substance" probably fits well. There were certainly plenty of EXPLOSIONS a la Michael Bay ;) A pretty good summer blockbuster action movie (if you didn't think too hard) with plenty of explosions, gunfights, and robots brawling...and Megan Fox in slow motion, no need to discuss that further. But it slightly annoyed me that they included a few of these sidekick robots – robots with way too many lame one-liners that usually weren't very funny. They definitely could have put more work into the script; it would have improved the movie considerably.
