A cool and brutal cop action flick. Based on this movie, Training Day, Harsh Times, and the TV show The Shield, you'd think most cops in Los Angeles wouldn't hesitate to bend the rules when it suits them... Maybe not ridiculously original - but good fun and full of good actors...
