Mandy

A spaced-out and strange film. So psycho. Lots of slow scenes. Many WTF moments. Like they were trying to make an artsy low-budget film, so it felt a bit like a student project from the art academy. The script wasn't much to write home about – the dialogue was often silly, and the flow between scenes was sometimes weird. Excessive gore. Funny/interesting to see Elijah Wood as a producer. Jóhann Jóhannsson did the music – it was lovely to see "In Loving Memory of our friend" at the end.
