Wow, this was one big cringe-fest. But shockingly funny. I find it amazing that he and the crew weren't killed - it probably came pretty close at times. Sacha Baron Cohen's goal was naturally to outrage people and he certainly did that - it was absolutely extreme. This was crazy... you're basically still in shock. The movie crossed the line in the first minute and never looked back. It's a bit weird to be outraged and laughing at the same time - pretty much the whole time.
