A History of Violence

Hmm... okay, I've probably seen it before - on the movie channel or something. After the first few minutes, I felt like I recognized too much - "there's no way I saw this much in the trailer..." ;) That's one advantage of having a site where you log the movies you watch - there's less chance I'll "accidentally" watch a movie I've already seen ;) But this movie is very well directed, well made, and well acted. A bit "heavy" at times though - dramatic, slow, not necessarily a lot of dialogue... The movie is also very "real" - not too many "Hollywood effects"...
